Located in the affluent and fast growing northeast area of town, The Village features easy access for city residents by way of primary surface streets. We are easily accessed from the South along Cherry Street and from the West along Prosperity Avenue.

Highway 99, the San Joaquin Valley's central arterial freeway runs parallel and to the East side of The Village. In addition to being a primary access corridor for the local area population of approximately 140,000 this busy highway is the main transportation artery of the world's largest agricultural producing community, Tulare County. The California DOT website lists the 2001 annual average daily traffic count for the 99 Freeway at Prosperity Avenue at 44,500 vehicles.

The Village is also complimented by six adjacent hotels served by our Freeway 99 Prosperity Avenue exit. The area attracts local and freeway traffic to several gas stations and restaurants in addition to Denny's, Chilito's, Grand Star Buffet, Pizza Hut, Subway and The Corner Cafe all located within The Village. 

In conjunction with our tenants including, 1st Olympic Mortgage, Bank of America, Union Bank of California and Tulare Community Health Clinic, we have cultivated a business symbiosis with the local real estate, business and medical communities. Both the quality and quantity of business conducted within our neighborhood are enhanced by Tulare District Hospital, just one block south, and the Tulare Medical Park located directly across Cherry Street from the Village.
